What will we get? We will produce a hard back report which details the various systems and the risk they pose, our reports are structured with Managers in mind, logically laid out they enable you to get to the salient information quickly and will include a written scheme that gives you a plan for forward action. If required we can produce schematic drawings using Microsoft Visio which are AutoCAD compatible. All report information and drawings are backed up on a disk supplied with the report in an editable form to allow you to produce work lists for contractors or modify the drawings if systems are modified. IIf you have any plans of your site detailing building layout or schematics of the water systems it would be very useful to have them easily accessible on the day of the assessment. We recommend that you assign a member of your team to help us for the first part of the site survey; this usually involves showing our assessor the location and use of each water system, and ensuring that we have access to all areas. Once we have familiarised ourselves with the layout of your premises we can conduct the remainder of the assessment unaided, however if you prefer to assign a member of your team for the duration; your nominee should pick up sufficient understanding to confidently deal with many of the future issues. How quickly can you help us? Usually we can be on site in around a week from your enquiry depending on our current commitments. Reports are normally produced within two weeks form the date of the site survey. The time taken to conduct a survey depends very much on the size of your premises and the types of water systems you have. Typically a building that takes a day to survey will require a further days work to produce the report.
